Fourth Pacifica Chess Open

Well… you can't win them all. In fact, no one won this tournament, there
just weren't enough players to make it work. We did a lot of word-of-mouth
advertising, unfortunately it wasn't enough. We hope to do much better for
our next tournament "The Fourth Pacifica Open Part Two."
